I am running Ubuntu Hardy on a box with 2 network cards. I would like to set up VBOX to have exclusive use of one of the cards and behave exactly as if it were another physical computer in the network.
How can I accomplish this?

Bridge it and don't bind to it in the host OS or any other VM.
