Seamless doesn't stay seamless for long

I'm running Ubuntu 8.04 and XP Pro as the guest. When I turn on seamless the desktop disappears and the taskbars stack as they should. However, if I'm running a windows app and cilck on my linux desktop, or switch to an app on my linux taskbar, the windows start menu and any windows application hide themselves unless I specifically click on the instance running in the taskbar (Sean [Running]) to bring the start bar back up. And tips?

Using 2.0?

yes, I just checked and it is 2.0

Then either downgrade to 1.6.6 (see the announcement of 2.0 for the instructions) or wait 'till 2.0.2 is released with hopefully a fix.
