Windows 10 latest feature update 1903 broke dual screens

I have a Win 7 Image and a Win 10 image. I also have a backup of the Win 10. Yesterday I installed the Feature Update 1903 in Win 10. After restarting the computer, the mouse did not work correctly: The click is registered to the right of the place where you actually clicked. Actually, the more right you are, the more offset.
I tested the Win 7 version, and no problem. Next I updated Virtual Box to most recent version (6.0.10 r132072). Same problem with Win 10.
The solution turned out to be to remove Screen 2. As long as it is not used, the mouse click will be where the mouse pointer is.
Next I tried with my old Win 10 backup, and it could use two screens without problem.
Has anyone else seen this behavior? Any solutions?
