can't start VB

i am sorry to post again

I have re installed rpm vb 2.0 on suse 10.3 as i done before , start vboxdrv, but when i launch vb i got this error message

Échec de création de l'objet COM pour VirtualBox.
L'application terminera maintenant.
Code retourné :
NS_ERROR_FACTORY_NOT_REGISTERED (0x80040154)

I have try to remove my ~/.virtualbox
remove /tmp/virtualbox

no result

any idea and help ?

don't ask me why but i have started VB from one other kde menu item ans IT IS WORKING ??
