Hooaah All.
I'm using ubuntu 8.04, and have some minor hardware problems.
1. The caps lock key light seems to misbehave to my whim.
2. Wireless problems, driver seems to be missing. (working on)
3. Graphics card and video card seemed to have downgraded when I went from Vista to Linux.
All of these worked while I was in Vista, but some of my stuff won't work like I want it.If I use virtualbox on a linux host, going to OS X Leopard or Vista, will all of my issues be resolved, like they were originally?
Basically, will linux-based hardware issues work using virtualbox into an OS that they work properly?
Early thanks for the responses. (If I get any.)
Okay, so I have some hardware problems in linux....

New Problem, heh
Okay, so WinXP is up and running nicely on an Ubuntu 8.04 host. I want to get something running when I Alt-tab, it has pre-set applications, like Skype, Ubuntu, WinXP, a game of Halo, and other applications, no matter which one's the host. Is there any way of accomplishing this?

So dispite that the keyboard has been grabbed by the Guest, you want to be able to Alt+Tab outside the Guest? That is not possible unless you release the keyboard from the Guest by pressing the Host key.

Currently not possible. The keyboard is entirely reserved for the Guest once it's grabbed (except for a few combinations that the Host system will respond to like Ctrl+Alt+Del and Ctrl+Alt+Fx).

I don't know how feasable this request is. You can always raise a feature request using the bug tracker (see the VirtualBox FAQ - Getting Help).
