Before we go any further I'd like to see evidence that the CPU cores issue has been addressed, i.e. reduce the guest cores to 2, and provide another (zipped) log.
Do not increase from 2 cores unless you can explain the reasoning, e.g. you need 3 cores because guest is running 2 CPU intensive threads plus the OS.
