"VMTransferFiles, a tool for VirtualBox is used for transferring files between Host OS and Guest OS via the Explorer context menu.
It also supports Drag'n'Drop from the Windows Host to Windows Guests."

I used it in the past, do not know if it supports current version.... nor if executables (vmtransferfiles.zip) are available anymore... note that source code is there...
Home page of third party application (https://www.newesttools.com/vmtransfer.php) states
"The application was tested with VirtualBox 4.3.8 Newest VirtualBox versions could not be supported"
