Android-X86 Guest on mac OS X VM host

Greetings,
I trying to install and run both Androids distros - 64b and x86 one on my macOS X Mojave hosting on VirtualBox 6.0.4
As I trying to do as described here https://www.android-x86.org/documentati ... albox.html
there is only one setting is unavailable in VM configuration and it is impossible to "Enable Nested VT-x/AMD-V" checkbox in System -> Processor tab
Anyway in the system description of VM there is shown that is Acceleration: VT-x/AMD-V
Not impossible to boot any Android nor LiveCD nor installed one
Does anybody have the same issues and how to tune to positive result?

Please provide a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click it in the GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
