how can i solve it?

Please search the forums and read the Manual and VirtualBox FAQ. This has been discussed several times. You either need the kernel module from the repository or add yourself to the vboxusers group. Log out and back in for the changes to take effect.

After you've done enough searching and it's still not working, create a new topic with more information as what you have tried. I'm locking this one.
