Guest: Windows XP SP3
Virtualbox 2.0 with Guestaddon 2.0
Shared folder using Ext3

I created a new MS Word file and store this on the Desktop of my Guest (WinXP). Then I copied this file to the shared folder. When I try to open this copied file directly from the shared folder, MS Word requests me to install the converter tools. Even though I did that, I am not able to get my original content of the Word document. It's just producing rubbish.

Anybody experiencing the same or already got a solution?

We're finding all sorts of probs with VB2 shared folders. If you don't need the new VB2 features, go back to 1.6.6 -- it's a lot more stable. Read the announcement on how to do this.
