Problems with installing Windows NT 3.1 (10-16-1991)

Recently I found a very early Windows NT 3.1 build on WinWorld. I followed the instructions I found: installed MS-DOS 7.10, made a boot diskette, changed the hard disk adapter to BusLogic SCSI, booted... and kernel bug checks and Guru Meditation (as on the picture). I did some research on the Internet and found that this happens when hard disk isn't formatted. But I formatted it! One time I was using MS-DOS 7.10, second time - Windows 95 boot diskette. And both times there was still the same problem.
Can anybody help me?

We will need to see the VBox.log file from the guest in question. Boot the guest, make sure the problem occurs then shut the guest down (by force if necessary). zip the log file and post it.

How about choosing the correct template for a start:
00:00:05.960834 Guest OS type: 'DOS'
WinNT3.1 came out on 1993-07-27, which mean that yours is a pre-release:
00:00:05.966919 File system of 'J:\Windows Betas\Windows NT 3.1 Prereleases\Microsoft Windows NT 3.1 October 1991 Beta (10-16-1991)\Microsoft Windows NT 3.1 October 1991 Beta (10-16-1991)\Pre-NT Bootdisk.IMA' (Floppy) is fat
Also known as "Not Supported".
