How to add a pci card into a virtual window10

Good afternoon,
I have a window 7 64bit computer with pci cards in it. I have to try to install these cards on a window 10 virtual machine with Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager but I am a complete beginner.
For the moment I successfuly installed a virtual window 10 but I don´t know now, how to put an hardware (the pci card) into a window 10 virtual machine (not only adding the hardware into VirtualBox).
Do you know any documentation on this subject ? my research has not been very successful.
