Hey.
I have installed windows 10 pro 64bit and it says getting windows ready don't turn off your computer and i have to switch power off to shutdown always...

If the Virtualbox window is open and the guest's operating system is running anything, then Virtualbox is working fine, and whatever problems the guest OS is having should be solved as if it was a real computer. (your virtual PC is a Virtualbox 'guest'.)
Web-search for your issue and pretend you are fixing a physical computer. You should be able to fix your problem. (A hint: your guest OS is getting stuck during the OOBE (out-of-box-experience) phase.)
Note that if you changed any of the guest's settings in the System tab besides how many processors and how much memory, you may have set up the virtual 'hardware' in a way that Windows doesn't know how to use. Try a fresh new guest, let the New Guest wizard have its own way about the settings, and try installing 10 in that. If you get the same issue, may need to make a new 10 installer media.
