Instruction at... referenced memory... The memory could not be read

Post by Lemonade »

Hello, as title says I'm getting that error (Instruction at 0x... referenced memory 0x... The Memory could not be read) on my vms after using them for 5-10 minutes.
Both have the same config:
Virtualbox 6.0.6r130049 (Qt5.6.2)
RAM: 4096MB
Enabled I/O APIC
CPU: 1
Execution Cap: 100%
Enabled PAE/NX
Paravirtualization Interface: Default (tried legacy as well)
Enabled VT-x/AMD-v
Enabled Nested Paging
Video Memory: 128MB
Monitor Count: 1
Graphics Controller: VBoxSVGA (tried VBoxVGA as well)
Disabled 3D Acceleration and 2D Video Acceleration
Storage: SATA 32GB Dynamically Allocated
Guest OS: Windows 10 64 bits PRO (tried basic version as well)
Host OS: Windows 10 64 bits PRO

I also tried running both on separated storage drives. 1 in SSD and the other in a HDD. But still got the same problem.

This error occurs even when I'm using only 1.
If I launch both at like the same time, the error will occur near the same time as well. (like 5-10 minutes after starting the vm).

I will attach the logs after I get them (I deleted all the logs I had so I have only the one that matters)

Log attached. Had to upload it as a rar because it exceeds the limit of 128kb. I'm trying different settings now to show the same error happening on all of them.

Thanks in Advance, if there is something I forgot to say please ask.

I fixed it reducing the ram to 3192MB and cpu execution cap to 80%.
The problem is when the cpu runs at 100%.

Now I'm getting a BSOD on my host pc: Critical_Structure_Corruption.
