Hi all!

I have a VM MacOS Sierra and not recognize my iPhone 5C.
I configured VM with all USB types (1, 2 and 3), created filters (blank and with my device information) and nothing.

When i build project, XCode return message "Failed to create provisioning profile. There are no devices registered in your account on the developer website. Plug in and select a device to have Xcode register it".

When i open XCode and go to the Device, i have a message "No devices connected to 'My Mac' ...

What's wrong??

Please read the following thread: USB basics and troubleshooting, all of the posts.

If you still have a problem after reading through the whole thing, please follow the advice of the last post, #8: Asking for help and post the information requested.

Although I seem to remember a problem with iPhones and a recent iOS update. What's the iOS version on your phone?

And...? That's it? That doesn't help me (or you) at all. Did you read all the articles? Did you notice #8?

Why is the OP running XCode in a virtual machine instead of directly on his Mac?

Based on the last couple of weeks, my guess would be that a) he is running a Hackintosh, and b) he posted in the wrong part of the forum.

I actually do it all the time. My OSX VMs have each a different, compatible Xcode version installed. But the log would be more ... clear on the subject ;)
