I'm trying to create a Windows 10 VM based on a recently downloaded 1809 ISO, using VirtualBox v. 5.2.26, but I keep getting the "Why did my PC restart?" message. I have all the settings set the same as a currently working W10 VM, and I have no idea what might be wrong.

This isn't Twitter. You can actually describe what you are doing. Please give it a try. This effort conveys very little useful information.

When do you see this message? Why do you suspect it is "some sort of network error"?
