out of memory after 4 days...

Hi,
i have 3 vms (linux) running on an ubuntu gutsy host. After 3 - 6 days one vm crashed. Then i restart all (host and guests), the same error after some days....
On the host i got this log:

Is this an error in the host kernel or an error in the vm kernel reaching the host?
BTW: I can reproduce thist error on two identical hosts (hardware).

Is the Guest running out of RAM? Or the Host?
