Hello,

i am running a windows 10 machine on a late 2013 macbook pro 13 inch. The problem is, that i cannot adapt the screen resolution to the one used with the Mac OS 10.14.3

That's a Retina one. You should go to the VirtualBox preferences » Display » Scale Factor » All Monitors: 200%.
