Hello, I have this problem w/ my .iso file.
Every time i use this file virtualbox comes up w/ this message.

FATAL: No bootable medium found! System Halted.

Please help me.

A log would not help. The error message is very specific. There is no bootable media available, so it cannot boot!

Do you have a genuine .iso file for any other OS? Can it boot from that? Have you attached the .iso file to the optical drive of the vm?
