Cannot Add Machine

Hi
I have several VMs on my portable HDD and I am able to add them onto my VirtualBox UI on my iMac and I can work with any of these VMs (starting stopping) without any issue.
However, I cannot add one of the onto the VirtualBox UI on my Macbook Air.
Also, on my Macbook Air, I have created a VM and stored in my Macbook Air internal HDD. Due to space constraint, I remove this VM (called My-WebDev) without physically removing the files. To test that I can add it back, I go to menu > Machine > Add but it wasn't successful.
I have very little knowledge on VirtualBox and really appreciate all your help.
