Whenever something like a screensaver preview that uses Direct3D or a program like Project64 emulates a game, the VM turns everything around the window black, including the mouse. Dragging the window duplicates the window similar to turning on mouse trails. Using Ctrl+Alt+Del on my host PC restores the VM's image until I click back into the VM. This only happens in Full Screen Mode. In default, the problem does not happen. I prefer to run my VM in full screen, so if this can be helped, I'd greatly appreciate it.

You should check out the user manual, specifically section 4.5, which talks about the Guest Additions support for accelerated graphics.

I have read the manual before. I have already installed guest additions with the experimental Direct3D, and enabled both 2D Video Acceleration and 3D Acceleration. The issue still happens with these settings on.
