[Resolved] Problem with NT4 guest

After upgrading from VirtualBox v5.22.x to VirtualBox V6.0.x NT4 guest work normally.
But after upgrading 'guest additional tools' guest hang on reboot with message 'HAL can't found ... table, check your version of hal.dll'

I had no problem with 6.0.0 or 6.0.2 and NT4 or the GAs for it.
The HAL usually only gives you problems if you change the number of CPUs in the vm.

Not so far
.
VM (created in previous version) has checked 'Nested VT-x/AMD-v'
After upgrade VBox to V6 VM work
After upgrade VBoxAdditions and reboot VM halted (with described diagnostic)
After Your answer
I'm change number of CPUs to 2 and revert to 1 and...
during this action 'nested VT-x' (automatically) uncheck and disable (still gray).
Than VM work
