What happened a couple of months ago?
Do you have an antivirus on the host/guest?
We need to see a complete VBox.log, from a complete VM run, where the problem occurs:
  • Start the VM from cold-boot (not from a paused or saved state) / Observe problem / Shutdown the VM (force close it if you have to).
  • With the VM completely shut down (not paused or saved), right-click on the VM in the VirtualBox Manager and select "Show Log".
  • Save only the first "VBox.log", ZIP it and attach it to your response. See the "Upload attachment" tab below the reply form.

Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.

thanks for reply.
Nothing special appened to guest ( i use only for developing and no new installation are made on )
On XP : no Antivirus ( it's not used to go on Web )
On Host ( Win10) : Avast e Microsoft Firewall ( but i tried with deactivated too, and the problem still exist )

I'm not sure the problem depends on VM, but i looking web for the same problem and i found nothing,
another guest with Win10 on the same guest copy very fast ( i remember disk is SSD 1TB, machine i7 16Gb )

Thanks Again

00:00:02.468840 File system of 'E:\mv\mvm_delphi2007.vhd' is ntfs
What is "E:\"? An external hard drive? And why not the default VDI for the virtual hard drive, but a VHD?
00:00:03.530022 [/Devices/e1000/0/LUN#0/] (level 4)
00:00:03.530022 Driver <string> = "NAT" (cb=4)
...
00:00:03.530111 [/Devices/pcnet/1/LUN#0/] (level 4)
00:00:03.530112 Driver <string> = "IntNet" (cb=7)
That's an interesting choice. How come you have 2 sorts of network cards in your VM?
VirtualBox VM 5.2.24 r128163 win.amd64 (Jan 14 2019 17:14:26) release log
00:00:27.165795 VMMDev: Guest Additions information report: Version 5.1.30 r118389 '5.1.30'
The Guest Additions (GAs) installed in the guest do not match the main VirtualBox version. You need to update them.

Finally, do you have a 3rd party antivirus? They've gotten too "smart" lately and they start scan virtual disk images as well.

Thanks from answer…
"What is "E:\"? An external hard drive?"

Another partition of the unique phisical SSD

And why not the default VDI for the virtual hard drive, but a VHD?
This VM iv very old, was made by "Microsoft Virtual PC" , but if yoy think it's better, i will convert to vdi

How come you have 2 sorts of network cards in your VM?
Due to test each type of network connection to speed faster the copy …without good result. Normally I am not used to go on Internet with this VM

The Guest Additions (GAs) installed in the guest do not match the main VirtualBox version. You need to update them.
Thanks Done....Still Slow

No, no antivirus is installed, I only ran "Wise Registry Cleaner", just once
