Yes, it's a known issue.
Don't select the VMSVGA for Windows guests, only Linux guests.

Thanks. Will wait for fix, and for now i will return to 5.2 because VBoxVGA is very slow.

I've got the same issue after upgrade from VirtualBox 5.2.22 to 6.0.4
Resizing did not work with VBoxSVGA.
It works fine when I select VBoxVGA.
System parameters:
- VirtualBox 6.0.4
- host OS: Windows 10
- guest OS: Xubuntu 18.04

This topic is redundant, so locking it.
We already have a topic for discussing issues with the 6.0.4 release.
