Win7 guest error

Ok, so. I Am getting this error when trying to load a Windows 7 32Bit vm (with iso in) for first timeFailed to open a session for the virtual machine w7.
VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

But i could run windows 7 on ver 4.22, why wont it work now?
