I dowload the Oracle VirtualBox V5.2.6.
It contains file “xf86i2c.h”, this file is displayed in multiple places in the software, this file contain copyright holder but no license text:
“Copyright (C) 1998 Itai Nahshon, Michael Schimek”
Could you let me know what the license for this file is? Do we have permissions to use it?
Thank you very much for your assistant.

Re: License for "xf86i2c.h"
It seems that you should send that question to "Itai Nahsoon" or "Michael Schimek", or perhaps the XOrg server people. No one here has the authority to grant you a license or even expand on the licensing information given in the source code.
Also, not a "Using VirtualBox" question. I'll move this topic to "VirtualBox OSE".

Re: License for "xf86i2c.h"
It's clearly part of the X server code, and therefore we have to assume it's under the X11 license.
