in my case was to modify two settings of the VM:
increase the number of processor to 2
enable PAE/NX (in the same settings page)
This worked for me as well

guys, While i was n=messing around w/ the vm settings, I actually ended up finding a solution.
1: Open Settings for the VM
2: Enable 2d and 3d exellaration
3: be sure the vid memory is set to its highest value, should be 256 mb
4: enable I/O APCI
5: disable the remote server
6: and your pretty much done!
Hope this helps. (yes, i was using an OFFICAIL MICROSOFT 1809 iso)
If this is not working, It could be your host os, Mine is Windows 10 v1709.
Bye!!!

Just wanted to confirm that THIS is what solved my issue. I was only running it on 1 core @ 1.6GHz, so it was timing out. Upping it to 2 cores fixed the issue.
I'm running the VM on an old server with a single Xeon X5110 (Dual core @ 1.6GHz), so I enabled dual core for the VM install, then brought the core count back down to 1 core once it was installed.
Thanks!
