Put Mac files on windows /Probleme Mac vs windows virtuel

I installed windows on my air macbook.
However, I do not arrive:

1) To put the wifi in windows 10
2) To connect a usb key in windows 10
3) I need to copy files in virtual windows

What to do ?
I am novice and totally lost ...

Does that mean a BootCamp installation, or did you install Win10 in a VM?
