OOOOKay...so, this is what happened:

I had a version of VBox running on an iMac...the iMac HDD is going bad (I can access the info, but cannot do ANYTHING else---after removing from the iMac) and mounted the drive on my Mac Pro (2009) running the most recent version of VBox [Version 5.2.20 r125813 (Qt5.6.3)]. I tried to "ADD" the .vbox (after transferring to a good drive on the Mac Pro system), but I get this ERROR:
Failed to open virtual machine located in /Volumes/3TB RAID 0/VirtualBox VMs/Windows7_x64/Windows7_x64.vbox.

Cannot register the DVD image '/Applications/VirtualBox.app/Contents/MacOS/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' {d0945bb6-e023-4c78-8ea9-778b83a8dd39} because a CD/DVD image '/Applications/VirtualBox.app/Contents/MacOS/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' with UUID {5c119ca1-ab0f-433f-8e4b-cf7c88f18c1a} already exists.

Result Code: NS_ERROR_INVALID_ARG (0x80070057)
Component: VirtualBoxWrap
Interface: IVirtualBox {9570b9d5-f1a1-448a-10c5-e12f5285adad}
No clue what I should do...

Any help will be MUCH appreciated!

ALSO, I cannot access the version (log file attached) that was used on the iMac; the corrupt/bad drive is not showing it in the Applications folder.

I removed your screen capture of the error, you already included the text version! Much better, smaller, searchable! ;)

Just a small advice for future reference; for computer screenshots, prefer the PNG format compared to the JPEG one. Clearer and smaller. Oh, and if you're on HiDPI, downsize your attached images by 50% (at least), or simply change the DPI to 72. Not everyone is blessed with a HiDPI display ;)

Now, for your error. Can you ZIP and post that "/Volumes/3TB RAID 0/VirtualBox VMs/Windows7_x64/Windows7_x64.vbox" file? That's the recipe of the VM, an XML file in reality. I can take a look at it and either direct you how to fix it or give you a replacement.

How familiar/comfortable would you say that you're with XML file editing?
