Sound is "crackling" and distortions with Win 10 Ver1809

I tried Windows 10 Ver1809 (build 17763.55) with VirtualBox 5.2.18 and 5.2.20 for Mac. It had be working well before test for Dolby Access and Dolby Atmos for Headphone.
The surround audio was taken too much overhead, so I gave up for using Dolby Access. Sound settings for spatial sound format has changed to Off at last weekend.
But, this manipulation has lose sound playback from internal speakers on the MacBook. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling preferred driver for High Definition Audio Device in automatically.
I couldn't fix it, so I relied on Microsoft Support Japan, but they didn't give me answer for this problem. I tried Ver1809 cumulative update (KB4464455), and new issue is appeared on this version.
