Unidentidied Network No Internet Error

Hello,

I just made a virtual machine of Windows Server 2016 Data Center edition and I am using laptop so just using wireless adaptor of laptop. The issue is under normal condition it's using connected to the internet but when I am trying to put Static IP it's giving error of unidentified network no internet n a yellow triangle is appearing. I did put the Default Gateway IP same as the Default Gateway on my laptop. I have configured NAT network in VirtualBox

Kindly tell me how to get internet now with static ip.

Kindly ask Microsoft. This is clearly a Windows issue, not a VirtualBox one. Just because an OS/program that runs in the context of VirtualBox has a problem, it doesn't make it a VirtualBox problem necessarily. You're having an issue that has most probably nothing to do with VirtualBox, so my suggestion would be to treat it as such, as a native problem with the OS or the application of the guest.

In your case make sure that every value is filled in: IP, netmask, gateway, DNS. You most probable forgot the netmask? I don't know, it's a Windows problem, not a VirtualBox one.
