DNS Server Isn't Responding

Hi, Being non-technical, after hours of reading/testing I'm reaching out for advice.
VB is setup - Version 5.2.18
Host: Windows 7 Ult, 64 bit, 32gb ram.
Guest: Windows 10 pro, 64 bit, 5gb ram
Attached: ZIP of ipconfig on host and guest. (seems to be the issue), and hardening + startup logs.
Does anyone see an obvious issue I'm overlooking?
Also, regarding the setup of the network style;
I'm intending to use VM VB as a system to run a few Windows based digital marketing tools which will use reverse rotating private proxies. With that considered, is there an optimal network setup, or other settings with VB I should consider?
Or would you not suggest a VM, rather a dedicated server?
Thank you for any suggestions and advice!
