[Solved] How to migrate Windows 10?

Hello,
have macbook pro and today need to format it. I need to make clean install of OSX and then import VirtualBox (Windows 10) again because I have OEM licence. Will it works fine please? What is the best / or confirmed way to make that backup, then import it in clean OSX?

You wouldn't reinstall Win10, you would just move the VM folder to secondary storage, reformat your Mac host as proposed, then move the VM back.

If I understand correctly. All I need to do is move folder /Users/rene/VirtualBox VMs to backup disk, format MAC, install OSX, install VirtualBox and move the folder VirtualBox back to /Users/rene/
Am I right please?
