I am not trying to inckude any URLs so why is it stopping me posting??

This is my post ...

Hi,
I am running Windows 10 32 bit Pro v1803 in VirtualBox 5 on Linux Mint 19.
I am running Visual Studio 2017 and working on an Aspx net website. I want to be able to use the "Copy Website" capability in Visual Studio to upload my site to the web server using F T P.
I put in all the correct F T P details and when I try and connect I get this error:

"Unable to open the website '....'. The parameter is incorrect (451)."

I looked up the 451 error in F T P and it seems to relate to sending LF rather than CRLF but this may be a red herring in that I am not sure if this is an F T P error or a Visual Studio error code??

Do I need to open some ports or something to allow this through or change the networking in some way?

OK it was because there was a dot between Aspx and net??
Go figure!?

So, the forum software said you had a URL because you had a clear URL? Go figure.
