Trying to install High Sierra with Virtual Box on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) running High Sierra

I'm following this answer apple.stackexchange questions/290643/install-macos-sierra-on-virtualbox

(changing Sierra references to High Sierra)

but when I start the VM it freeze as per attached img

should I set the cpuidsetlike this:
`VBoxManage modifyvm "name_of_vm" --cpuidset 00000001 000306a9 00020800 80000201 178bfbff`

If I try so then the VM keep rebooting, maybe there is a different code for my specific hardware MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)

any suggestions?

check out User-Approved Kernel Extension Loading
must be at the machine - no SSHing

Be sure to thank Apple

I didn't understand what to do.
The doc talks about a spctl kext-consent command that are "Modifications only available in Recovery OS"

On booting my VM I did not reach the Installation screen, no way to type commands.
