Not with that much information, no. We need a lot more details. Please read the following:
Minimum information needed for assistance. And we're going to need to see the exact error. All of the error.

when i try to open a session of virtual box in windows 10, I get this error:
Failed to create the VirtualBox COM object.
The application will now terminate.
Callee RC: REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG (0x80040154)
hope this is enough information.

No, not really!
Can we start with some clear definitions.
1. Host = ???
2. Guest = ???
3. VirtualBox version = ???
For questions 1 and 2 be as fully descriptive as possible. Saying "Windows 10" for example is pretty meaningless, the version is "Windows 10 Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.165).

"CLASSNOTREG" implies that the software has not been installed, at least not for the current user. VirtualBox is a relatively complex application with several interrelated components which must be properly installed and configured during installation. I.e. install the software properly.
If the host is Windows 10 why have you posted in the "Linux Hosts" forum? If you want to create a hotel for virtual machines then you'd do well to be clear in your own mind about who the hosts are and who are the guests!
