Those things don't agree with each other! Correct the VM template. I would suggest to delete the VM (including all files) and start from scratch. And note your available RAM, your computer is not that powerful.

The RAM that you've assigned to the VM is 1/2 of the suggested minimum (2048 MB) for a Win10-64 guest. At the same time you do have barely enough available RAM on your host. My suggestion? Change the RAM to 2048, reboot your host and run nothing else except VirtualBox, not even a browser.
