Virtualbox loosing Internet Connection but only with Wifi Stick/Smartphone Tethering on USB Filters

Hey,
im pretty new on VM setups, sry for any noobish Questions and sry for my bad english in advance, im not a native speaker
Problem:
i want to use two kind of internet connections, one on my main windows, and one only in my VM, i have of course two internet connections
so far it worked, i use my Wifi Stick in the VM with USB Filter and USB 3.0 with the Extension Pack but after some time i loose completly the connection and only a VM restart getting the connection back
i tryed some setups:
Wifi stick with the USB Filter -> connection lost afert some time
Smartphone with USB Tethering and the USB Filter -> connection lost after some time
now the crazy part:
Smartphone with Tethering and network Bridge -> connection stays all the time without an issue
the Problem is not the connection itself, its up alle the time, ive tested it in my normal windows
something is wrong in my VM but i dont know what, can anyone help me?
