Windows 95 Has No Network Options

Hello, I am brand new here to the forum, and I'm brand new to Virtualbox in general! I just installed the program a few days ago and I haven't used anything like it before.
With the help of video tutorials and WinWorld, I was able to get DOS 6.22, Windows 95 and 98 on Virtualbox and I'm literally so excited so I can play some old games again. But of course I face some issues. Windows 95 is working pretty great, except for the fact that I have no Network Options, so I can't share any folders with my host and guest machine, either. I don't think I can play games without Network Options, either?
Every time I boot Windows 95 up, I get the error message: Unable to load the dynamic link library msnp32.dll the system cannot find the file specified. Some or all of the following feature is not available: Microsoft Network.
As you can guess, it doesn't show up at all in Windows 95 in any shape, way or form. So how can I get it back? Obviously, the first thing I thought to do was get the file msnp32.dll, whatever the hell that is. So I got it downloaded, but now I don't know how exactly to put that into Windows 95. I know a similar question has been asked here before, but I didn't get a solution from it. So I thought I'd ask on my own.
Plus I have another question (though I'll probably make a separate topic for it later), but once I get Networking on here, how can I play some of the old games I have using the actual CDs? When I put them in my computer, my host recognizes them but the guest never does. They are old games that were specifically made for 95 and 98 so I know they should work.
Please excuse me if I sound so naive, I have zero experience with any of the stuff I'm doing here! If you need anymore information, let me know.
