I have Installed Oracle Virtualbox on Windows 7 System.

Then I want to connect Virtualbox to the Laser Scanner Sensor directly.

Is it possible ?

Unless you tell us what a "Laser Scanner Sensor" is, I doubt that a lot of people will know that.

Start with the basics; Host, Guest, VirtualBox. Complete versions, revisions, builds. "Ubuntu" is *not* a complete version, "Win10" is *not* a complete version, "the latest" is *not* a complete version.
