That is an "invalid" command. What you're trying to do is to launch a VM called "snapshot". I'm not sure if those are your intentions. But it sure as I'm writing this, this action requires a GUI, which I'm willing to bet you don't have, right?
So, please explain: 1) what you want to do, and 2) how are you setup in order to to do what you want to do.
