Not only that, but the OP opened a ticket as well! I really love it when they don't even bother to do a minimal search. They just open tickets, threads, you name it, the whole kit and caboodle.

I believe that this is the first time where in a single edit I had to 1) lock the thread 2) add the ticket information and 3) mark it as [Invalid]. Three in one! We should have a price about achievements of that magnitude!
