How to completely un-install virtualbox

How can I completely remove all Virtualbox information related to a previous install? I found a post suggesting c:\users\XXXX\AppData\Local\.Virtualbox however that folder doesn't exist for me.. Nor does c:\users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Virtualbox. I'm asking because after uninstall and re-installing, I did a 'vboxmanage list natnets' and the same networks I had previously created before the uninstall are still there.
something else I've noticed, despite having performed an un-install, my server got from the DHCP server FIRST_AVAILABLE_IP + 1 instead of getting FIRST_AVAILABLE_IP. Clearly whatever settings/information which was associated with the previous install wasn't completely removed after I un-installed and rebooted.
