The size of vmdk file used to be 10 GB, now is 28 GB after update

Hello, guys. I have Hish Sierra on my VM and after update the from 10.13.1 to 13.10.4 version of the OS, the size of vmdk file update 28GB from 10 GB. How to fix this issue? I've googled it but was unsuccessfully.

Here is my terminal after run

I'm no Mac expert, but I assume OSX has created a backup in case you want to roll back the update. Windows does something similar and has a clean-up tool if you wan't to delete backups. I assume there is either a clean-up tool or some add/remove programs equivalent in OSX as well.

I've looking for backups but does not exists in the system :/

Please post a ZIPPED VBox.log from the VM.

OSX guests are only supported on Apple hardware (which you do not have). See: Important notice regarding Mac OS X as Guest.
