VBox.log wrote: 00:00:00.538763 HM: HMR3Init: Falling back to raw-mode: VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes
Fix that and it should work fine.

Pardon my ignorance, but how exactly do I fix that? Thank you in advance.

The information in I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests has some guidance. Start by checking that the VT-x options in the BIOS are enabled and then make sure nothing else in the host OS is using it - we know lots of the usual suspects on a Windows host but not so sure about an Ubuntu host.

IME, when the log is that explicit - "it's in the BIOS" - then that's usually where you should look. The FAQ which Andy references gives some tips on this.

I simply have two systems installed and don't find any instruction on how to boot Bios in that case.

We can't give you an instruction manual for your host PC(s). You need to look in your own manuals, or contact the manufacturers forum - or Google, since you probably aren't the first to need the answer.
