Only 32bit guests are shown

I have installed Ubuntu 17.10 (amd64) and virtualbox-5.2_5.2.8-121009~Ubuntu~xenial_amd64.deb. As I open VirtualBox, all guests are 32bit and I can not install 64bit guests. The system memory is 16GB and the processor is Ryzen 1800x.

I think all settings are fine for 64-bit guest but I don't know what is the problem.

I'm not sure why you have installed the .deb file for Ubuntu 16.04 when there is a Linux download package for 17.10 (Artful) although they would probably both work.

If only 32bit guest options are shown then something is preventing VirtualBox getting access to the AMD-V virtualization features. There is some guidance to be found in the post I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests but you will need to look for specifics on your system.
