Cannot install Hos-only adapter interface in Version 5.2.8 r121009 (Qt5.6.2)

I tried to install Host-only adapter interface, but it ends up as the following error:

Any 3rd party antivirus running? If so, uninstall them.
PS. Next time that you attach an image, please crop the image to the Region Of Interest, i.e. the dialog only. Helps focus

Thank you for the advice. I've tried to create the Host-only adapter after I removed the antivirus as well as firewall, but the problem can't be solved. When I try to create any Host-only adapter interface, it just keeps copying the file "VBoxNetAdp6.sys" to the location "C:\Windows\System32\drivers". However, the file does already exist in that place, and can't see any progress in the copying status bar. I also tried to revert to an older version, 5.1.34-121010, but it happens the same problem.
