Any idea how to get this working? In both machines have the same version of Oracle Virtualbox, 5.2.8, the latest ones. I am getting mad with this :(

Post the .vbox file as an attachment. Please ZIP it first.
Do not attempt to obfuscate not even a period or a space.

Hi and thanks for help. Now I think I know the reason. In PC, files are crypted when copied to WD My Passport HD and when I open it on mac, it is still crypted. I think that this is because my company's security policy.

Wait a minute... there's a policy that's encrypting things as they get copied?
If so, can we close this as a [WorksForMe] or as [Invalid]?
