To try and help with this we are going to need a lot more information as you are sat in front of your computer and can see what is going on, not us. Start with Minimum information needed for assistance.

In future if you want a response please use the first post to describe the problem accurately, in the proper forum, and provide a VM log file if the problem is with a VM. And do not cross post (which is another reason I'm locking this one).
