Can't install windows XP

Hi,
I'm running VBox 1.6 under Ubuntu 8.04 and I have problems with installing windows XP as a virtual machine.
I boot the machine with the installation disc in the DVD drive, the installation begins, it passes the "copying files" stage and then when it stucks with the following message on a blue screen :

STOP: c0000221 Unknown hard error
\SystemRoot\System32\ntdll.dll

Help yourself. Post Infos.

Hardware of Host and Guest (RAM, Harddisc).

Exact Guest Configuration.

If it happens twice, I believe you can order new installation media from Microsoft (assuming they haven't pulled that yet...); it sounds like you might have a bad CD-ROM (it happens).
